Proof of Enrolment Guide

Signed CST Code of Conduct is necessary for memberships to be approved. Please take the following steps to upload signed CST Code of Conduct document.

1. Purchase CST membership from Swim Central.

2. Download CST Code of Conduct.

3. Initial the first page and sign the second page and upload into Swim Central.

4. Select the swimmers profile and head to the documents tab.

5. Upload the initialed and signed CST Code of Conduct document.

6. Ensure when uploading:

• Document Category = Governance

• Document Type = Code of Conduct

• Reference Number = 1

• Expiry Date = 30/09/2026
