Mitchell delahay - Physiotherapist

B. App. Sc (Ex & Sports Sc), M.Phty

Since Graduating from Sydney University in 2011, Mitchell has worked as a private practice physiotherapist in the North West regions of Sydney. Mitchell has developed his skills in treating a variety of conditions including sports, spinal, orthopaedic (pre and post operative care), headaches and workplace / ergonomic injuries.

Mitchell has a particular interest and passion for treating and screening elite swimmers. Since 2013, Mitchell has been the preferred physiotherapist for the Carlile High Performance swim team involving treatments at major national and state championships. Mitchell is driven not only by keeping his swimmers injury free, but working with their respective coaches to maximise a swimmers performance through addressing any physical limitations.  Mitchell is also a certified level 1 ASCA Strength and Coach and provides strength and conditioning services for the Carlile Swimming Team.

Chloe McLeod - Dietician

Chloe is a Sydney based dietitian who works closely with individuals to optimise their health. Chloe particularly specialises in the areas of food intolerance and sports nutrition.

As well as working with Carlile Swimming, Chloe is consultant Sports Dietitian to the Parramatta Eels NRL Squad, women’s cycling team Roxsolt Attaquer, and triathlon team MaccaX. Chloe also currently sits on the board for Sports Dietitian’s Australia.

Chloe has had an interest in nutrition from a young age, due to having food intolerances herself, and also a realisation about the important role food played in her active lifestyle.

She loves food, enjoys going out for meals and experimenting with new recipes and cuisines in her spare time, having authored the recipe book ‘Anti-Inflammatory Eating‘. Staying fit and healthy plays an important role in maintaining health. As such, you will often find her enjoying a long run, scenic walk or heading off to a pilates or yoga class.

Paul Penna - Psychologist

Paul Penna is a recognised Sports Psychologist, having worked with many of Australia's top sports people and teams. Paul is the sport Psychologist for the Australia Swim Team. He worked on the 2008 Beijing Olympic Team, the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games Team, as well as the 2004, 2005 and 2007 World Swimming Championship Teams.

Paul has developed a successful business, Focus Performance Psychology, which assists individuals and teams to obtain peak performances. His clients include professional athletes and sporting teams, motor sport athletes, corporate executives and teams, performers and aspiring champions.
