  • National and Age Performance Squad Camp - 14th-18th January 2019 (5 days, 4 nights)

  • Junior Performance Squad Camp - 18th-20th January 2019 (3 days, 2 nights)

Please Note - During the period of the camp for each squad, training will not be available within the home programs.


The objective of the 2019 Summer Camp is to create a team atmosphere where swimmers from across the Ryde and Cherrybrook Carlile Competitive Program training sites can get to know and learn from one another within a camp environment.

The camp will kick start training for the second part of the 2018/19 Summer Season and help athletes get back into training following the Christmas and New Year squad break with some fun and hard work.  The camp will include pool and dryland training, education sessions and team building activities.


Transport to and from the camp will be via a coach service.  The Oakhill College bus bay will be the pick up and return point for all camp attendees.

Meals and Accommodation:

Accommodation will be provided on site at the AIS residences and meals served in the AIS Cafeteria throughout the camp.  Swimmers with special requirements for meals are requested to note that information on the camp forms.


  • National and Age Performance Squad Camp - $540.00

  • Junior Performance Squad Camp - $300.00

  • A deposit of $150.00 will be required to secure your spot on the camp, with payment of the deposit to be made by 1st October 2018

  • The balancing payment will be required by 3rd December 2018

Please Note - We will take all measures possible to ensure the pricing does not increase prior to the camp, the final price will be  dependant upon the number of swimmers that take up the opportunity to attend the camp.    

Camp Subsidy

Both the Ryde-Carlile and Carlile Swimming Team will be making a partial subsidy available for swimmers who meet the criteria.  

To receive a subsidy from the Carlile Swimming Team to attend the 2019 Summer Camp swimmers and/or families must have completed the following:

  • Fulfilled rostered timekeeping duties throughout the 2018 and 2018/19 seasons

  • Assisted in volunteer or technical official roles at the 2018 Carlile Swimming Team Long Course Qualifying Meet

Further Information

Following the 1st October further information regarding the camp schedule, packing and equipment list, along with specifics about training, transport and accommodation  will be communicated to those who have indicated they will be attending the camp.
